There are four primary hormones that are mainly responsible for creating those feel- good emotions and sensations.
Dopamine ( Self-satisfaction - give yourself a reward )
Oxytocin ( Bonding - build love and trust )
Serotonin ( Mood stabilizer – be in wellbeing, happiness )
Endorphins ( Painkiller - reduce stress and feeling of pain )

Glance daily activities that help to boost these hormones:
DOPAMINE - "It is released when you are doing something enjoyable"
Serve yourself a great meal with egg, salmon or mixed nuts and don’t forget to put pineapple in your recipe because it’s a queen of fruits.
Listen to inspiring music to give yourself a self-care time.
Give yourself a small reward daily ( my favorite activity ). It’s like a motivational habit to say “thank you” to yourself.

Cook for people that you care about. You can treat yourself as a special guest. Why not?!
Give a compliment - have you ever tried to look at a mirror and say “you're so nice” to yourself? :) once again, treat yourself as a special person
Play with babies , spend more time with friends or family members.Kids always smile happily, don't they?The reason is that they just think simply and respect every moment they have with beloved one. So being a kiddo one day doesn't harm you, the other way around you earn more than what you expect .
SEROTONIN - it helps decrease our worries and concerns and is associated with learning and memory.
Get sun exposure - It’s not easy for me to do this in Covid 19 pandemic but i still welcome the sun from my small balcony.
Do meditation with regular activities ,just basically focus on your breath.
Have a good sleep -don’t force your brain to work overtime. If there is a signal, make a stop to relax a bit.
ENDORPHINS -” the central nervous system to help us deal with physical pain”
Eat dark chocolate ( or any nut bars you can grasp in hand )
Watch a comedy - it's a time for thinking nothing - just laugh and enjoy the funny moment
Use lavender, lemon or mint essential oil. They are particularly therapeutic
I’m sure you can google plenty of things you can do to make yourself feel better and improve your life. Happiness is within your control. Just remember to do it consistently!
